Auckland Bowls Communication & Satisfaction Survey


Last year we ran our first communication and satisfaction survey, we asked you to tell us about how you felt that Auckland Bowls Communicates with our players, the type of information that we share and what we could do to improve on our communications. Last year’s feedback was overall very positive, and we have implemented several changes to improve how we communicate, this has included publishing the Friday Flash earlier than previously and the introduction of Live Streaming of Centre Finals.

Last year’s survey has provided us with a benchmark from which we can measure our performance and so we are running the survey again. This year we are also asking a few questions on the performance and strategy of Auckland Bowls.
